I was wondering if you might be able to help me. My name is Stephen Briggs and I am making a short viral marketing film on Friday the 5th of December in Gordon in Sydney. The film is for a photographic related company and is essentially about the lengths people will go to get a photograph. The story is basically about a guy trying to get a photo of an elusive bird in his back yard. He repeatedly falls out of trees, makes listening devices, hires a cherry picker and eventually dresses up as a parrot to get the shot. In order to make this film i need to find an exotic looking bird (preferably a Mc caw) that will sit in a tree whilst i film it. The role for the bird is quite simple and we will be able to make the parrot look like its a lot higher up the tree than it actually is. In reality it should only be a metre or two above the ground and the birds owner could be right next to it as we would be filming quite close up on the bird. I have a budget of $500 for the bird and would be very appreciative if you could suggest anyone who might be able to help me.
