Is it really free? What’s the catch?

There is no catch, placing an ad is absolutely FREE! There are no fees even if you sell your item.

How do I modify my ad?

Locate your ad and click the “Modify, renew, remove this ad” link at the bottom of the page. You will require the password that you used when you placed your ad. Choose the option “Modify” and follow the instructions.

How do I remove my ad?

Locate your ad and click the “Modify, renew, remove this ad” link at the bottom of the page. You will require the password that you used when you placed your ad. Choose the option “Mark as sold” to remove the ad (this will hide all the details and people will not be able to contact you).

How do I recover the password to my ad?

If you lose your password you can have it automatically emailed to you. Follow these simple steps.

  1. Locate your ad and click the “Modify, renew, remove this ad” link at the bottom of the page.
  2. Click the “Email me my password” button.
  3. Check your email to retrieve your password. If you don’t receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

How do I report a problem with an ad?

It is important that you follow these steps when reporting an ad as it will make sure we receive the details we need to resolve the problem.

  1. Locate the ad by searching the website or using links that you have since before
  2. Click the link “Report a problem with this ad” at the bottom of the page
  3. Choose the problem and click the “Report Ad” button

Can I add a picture to my ad?

Yes, you may add several pictures when creating your ad, or you can add pictures at a later date by editing your ad.

Can I use HTML code with my ads?

No. We remove all HTML code to keep the look of all ads neat and tidy.

Why was my ad suddenly removed?

If your ad has disappeared, this is due to a breach of the “Rules of placing an ad”. Please contact us if you believe your ad has been removed incorrectly.
