I have a 3bed room town house that i would like to swap from somewhere on south coast i am not to fussed on what area, My house has a good size yard, car port, 3 bed rooms (good sizes) bath room contains bath/shower and loo, 2nd loo in laundry down stairs, close to shops, primary school and high school, bus stop (all walking distance) Bathurst CBD is about 10min away. street is full of mainly familys
