Hello from NZ. We are a professional couple seeking a rural or industrial rental property, almost anywhere rural considered, the right property is of prime importance. Seeking at least a 3bm house plus a ginormous shed i.e. 350m2 - 550m2 shed with power, concrete floor, good lighting and truck access. We have a small "manufacturing business, working from home" no immediate neighbours would be a bonus due to the machinery noise. We would consider a long term lease for the right property i.e. 1-3 years

You might have what we are looking for or know of someone who has such a property. We are a new business, we do not expect the Ritz and we cannot afford high rents or leases.

We have treasured dogs, pedigree / purebred "Shar Pei" better behaved and better mannered than many humans. If you are familiar with the breed you will already know they are amazingly, clean, hygienic, damage free creatures, we personally guarantee it! Our dogs are inside dogs, not many Shar Pei (roly dogs) live or sleep outdoors (We will need a well fenced, secure yard)

Your property will be well looked after and you will have reliable long term tenants. We are open, honest people and appreciate the same in return. We would like a nice, tidy, safe area to live in, rural would be perfect! We could even long term house sit if that was an option for you.
