!Great Geelong Investment Opportunity!

This property is a great investment. I'm not just saying that because I'm selling it, but because that's the reason we got this house in the first place.

I will admit, the house needs a little bit of repair to get it looking it's best, but it is still a great investment opportunity.
We originally bought the house to renovate it and rent out the front unit and back room, but illness struck and we were too ill to get it done, and now we just don't have the time.
