- Only Australian sellers (private and commercial are permitted).
- Only general trading, no services.
- The ad should describe ONE product only, please place multiple ads if you have several items that are different.
- The ad title should describe the product and should not no contain unnecessary symbols.
- No duplicates. Please remove your old ad before placing it in a new category.
- Serious ads only.
- Ads must not link to other classifieds or auction website.
- Marketing and non-Australian ads are strictly prohibited.

Is it really free? What's the catch?
There is no catch, placing an ad is absolutely FREE! There are no fees even if you sell your item.
Can I add a picture to my ad?
Yes, you may add several pictures when creating your ad, or you can add pictures at a later date by editing your ad.
Can I use HTML code with my ads?
No. We remove all HTML code to keep the look of all ads neat and tidy.
Why was my ad suddenly removed?
If your ad has disappeared, this is due to a breach of the "Rules of placing an ad". Please contact us if you believe your ad has been removed incorrectly.
How do I remove my ad?
Locate your ad and click the "Modify, renew, remove this ad" link at the bottom of the page. You will require the password that was created when you placed your ad.
Help! I've lost my password.
If you lose your password you can have it automatically emailed to you. Follow these simple steps.
- Locate your ad and click the "Modify, renew, remove this ad" link at the bottom of the page.
- Click the "Email me my password" button.
- Check your email to retrieve your password. If you don't receive the password email within 5 minutes, you should click "Send & Receive" in your email program and check your spam/junk email folder.
