It has a pot belly stove for winter so you can go all year round. There is access to the snow on the Snobs Ck. road. Everything is included BBQ,TV stereo video DVD CD, electric oven/stove esspresso machine, all cutlery, plates cups pots pans etc. fridge freezer, microwave double bed & bedding, sleps up to six with a couple of bunks added. Priced to sell. No longer have time to go there.
