I would like to swap my 3 brm brick home in Raymond Terrace, has polished floors, 2 bdrm have built ins, lock up shed, 2 carports, venetians and fans every room, air con in lounge room, sep wc, shower, bath, level fenced yard,walk to primary and high school, large shopping centre close by, I would like to swap to 2brm accommodation in Newcastle NSW area as I work in Newcastle, and don't need a 3 brm any more
