Searching for a Ride On Mower to place a small slasher off to the right side of it with an independent motor on the slasher

The Ride On will power the unit alone/drive it forward and backwards

The side slasher will have a motor ontop of the slasher to power it

I am offering my services in cutting along the sides of the road at Seal Rocks, so it wont be payed work

Im searching help in any way of creating the machine or in acquiring the machine so that people and cars have extra room to get off the road when cars are passing, as council are just hopeless

If you can help or know of someone with what is required, perhaps there is a Ride On in someones shed not being used, perhaps I/we can put it to good use
