i have a 3 bedroom DOH in Mascot very central to schools, public transport, cafes and shops..
my unit is only a block of 4 units which the other 2 units are seperated witha fence down the middle, very quiet and lovely neighbour. large shared back yard with parking space. My unit is also freshly painted and carpeted, good size kitchen and bench space plenty of room for a dinner table. Bathroom is brand new with shower over bath tub seperate toilet.
