Im a qualified Caretaker for Farms & Properties.
,I'm licenced Security Guard, and Painter/Pyrographer/Wood work Teacher/Artist.

I live in Perth, but want/need a place AWAY from the City; where i can work peacefully without distraction.
Prefer South West or east. But not essential.

I am experienced with general repairs, renovation and all the tools needed.

I am self sufficient, healthy, happy & quiet.
I have no animals, do NOT smoke & keep to myself.

PLEASE call or email ANYTIME...I have been looking for a place/studio for over a year without success.
Im getting a little desperate to find somewhere.
