8 Plastic Snap Hooks.
8 Collar Rings.

The Snap Hooks: The moulded Shock Cord Fasteners are rust and corrosion proof, and since the entire unit is moulded, the traditional metal crimp ring is eliminated. They securely grip shock cords by means of a patented fastening mechanism, and the slip ring conceals the end of the shock cord, giving it a clean finished appearance.

The Shock cord: The inner rubber core of the shock cord is comprised of a single rubber core covered by a polyester sheath.

TO ASSEMBLE:
Cut Shock cord into required length/s Slip collar onto shock cord, slip hook onto end of cord, slide collar onto hook base, the teeth will then bite into shock cord as the collar is slipped down.
