We are wanting a property with the below characteristics, we have great references form real estates etc and happy to pay a good deal of rent.

25 acres + or be able to carry 10 big horses & 8 miniatures

Strables, Arena, Roundyards, Wash bay - All would be excellent but not necessary.

Fencing must be good and not heaps of rubbish that could cause injuries around.

House not important, we will live in a shed or whatever, our horses need to be in 5 star.

And water....Is essential any form of, but must have water.
