A bit about the Treadmill…

Moves up and down (three levels).

From memory goes from 0KM - 9/12km

(I can clarify this if you're interested).

I brought it when I was in my first year of uni (3 years ago) but then moved away from home and wasn't able to take it with me.

I’d only got to use it twice so it’s in great condition,

Features: Cal’s burnt, H/R- Pulse monitor, distance, Emergency Stop, steps taken, average dist & other bits and pieces I can’t remember as I haven’t really played with its functions for a while (I did run it to make sure it still worked perfectly – which it does).

Colours/Storing: It’s black and grey. It looks bulky but can be stored in a wardrobe or under a high bed, or you can undo the handle bars to make it smaller.

Can be folded vertically or horizontally.



Now for the Bike…

The Bike is Also in great condition. I can’t remember the programs off the top of my head as I haven’t used this either since before I start uni.

Features: Heart rate monitors (on handle bars, which are not in correct position in photo – they haven’t been fastened as the bike was dismantled for better storage) Distance, cal’s burnt and all that jazz. As I said was used about 10 times before I got annoyed with the left bolt and thought it was coming loose - I took it off to show my local gym shop and they assured me that the bolt could be replaced very easily, I just didn’t get around to it before uni.

This bike is in great condition (apart from being a bit dusty due to having it stored) and the seat is comfortable (because I know most bike seats aren't). There is no pressure placed on any parts of the back. You can pick your levels, or just sit back and ride and let the bike decide how hard you should be working. It’s also great if you're a reader because you can sit down and read, or watch TV with others around and not get gushes of air or loud sounds emanating from the unit.

I'd also be happy to throw in an exercise diary which I make for myself/friends & family when we're trying to get active!

As I’ve joined a gym I have no need for the treadmill or bike anymore and as my parents are moving they can no longer stored what they’ve called my “good intentions” items.

I’m looking for a quick sale because I’m currently living in Brisbane and don’t want to try and ship everything up here just to resell it again.
