It is the ideal solution for reconductoring, by using the old conductor as a pulling rope to payout the new conductors. The bull-wheel groves allow the old conductor to be pulled in, complete with the midspan joints. The machine is provided with two pull pre-setting systems, one for each pair of bull-wheel.
