Lovely safe neighbourhood.The unit is at the back of the block so it doesn't get too hot in summer,freshly painted last year,new carpet,VERY neat and clean,new cupboards in the large kitchen,massive cupboards in the large main bedroom,intercom,light and airy,lots of windows,big hall cupboard,double sink in the kitchen,the washing machine is positioned in the bathroom and more.
They're also about to retile the whole bathroom.There's a courtyard with clotheslines that runs along the back of the units and there's room for a table and chairs in front of the unit.
The neighbours are not an issue as they keep to themselves and are at work the majority of the time.

I only want to move so that my child can have more room to play and have a backyard for his basketball stand,etc.

I'm looking for a 2 bedroom unit/townhouse or house with a good sized backyard or large private courtyard AND a seperate toilet.I'm wanting Elwood or other suburbs in Port Phillip/Bayside/not too far from the city so my child can remain at his current school.
Must be neat and clean and in a safe neighbourhood.Modern features would be great as would a little garden! Thank you.
